Annette’s working career started in 1992 as Confidential Secretary/ SMS Document Controller/ Administrator with OIL Nigeria Limited and over the years she has acquired so much experience in Administration and Business Development through professional training and also on-the-job.

She created and set up a new filing system for OIL Nigeria Limited [2nd largest offshore support vessel owner/operator in the upstream oil and gas industry– subsidiary of Ocean Group Plc] at Ogbogoro Base in 1992. When Tidewater Inc. bought over OIL in 1998, she also introduced and managed a new filling and document control system for Technical Operations Department Tidex Nigeria Limited

She was responsible for the establishment of Port Harcourt branch of Joe marine Nautical Company, in 2006, business, technical and administrative wise. She introduced the company to a new line of business. She developed that business from start to finish with Bourbon Interoil Limited, Intels Camp. She also managed that business productively.

She has also worked in several other local and International companies. Oil Servicing companies, hospitality/Building and construction companies, Logistics/Transportation companies.

She is experienced in handling administrative, and executive duties making it possible for the company to function properly. She is well experience in management of personnel matters, resolving of personnel issues, as well as developing a standard filling and documentation system.

She has experience in business development. Her skills includes analyzing market strategies, identifying requirements, evaluating options, screening potential business deals and recommending equity investments to the management
